Every few weeks, we will release a new short video interview where we address the key concepts in the book. Some of these videos will be with Tom. Some with me. Sometimes the both of us. This segment addresses the core problem outlined in our book: As professionals, we are trained to ‘do the work’ but never how to ‘earn client business’.
