A few weeks ago I posted a link to an August 7, 2016 TechCrunch article written by Samuel Scott titled, How Google Analytics Ruined Marketing.
My post came to the attention of Dave Bayless, a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Human Scale Business in 2015. Dave, along with his colleague, Dr. Laura Black, are hard at work to enable, extend, and enhance conversation and learning tailored for founders of human scale businesses: makers of unique products sold to consumers online. I’ve known Dave for many years. And, aside from being one of the smartest entrepreneurial thinkers I know, Dave has become successful in producing business podcasts and videos on a wide-range of business topics. When Dave asked if would be willing to talk with him about my thoughts on Samuel Scott’s provocative TechCrunch article, I gladly accepted.
